I have been on Paul's list for a few years now and have to tell you that it is one of the few that I will literally stop in my tracks to read when I see it arrive in the inbox.
Now a quick warning
Paul will make you think and will give you more value in his no cost newsletter than most $47 reports. You will however need to actually apply what he teaches and be willing to re-think your current way of doing things.
Paul is someone I have often recommended that people join his list in various conferences because of the quality of that information. Have been negligent in telling you my subscriber and I apologize for that.
He just likes to teach and is extremely good at it while being very entertaining at the same time.

Yes it is really that important if you are serious about working online and are not already extremely successful. Even if you are I will bet that you will find at least three things you can improve in your business from that book.
